Deputy Clerk Sarah Layland presented a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Franklin County and the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) for the Franklin boat station, and asked the commissioners to approve execution of the agreement.
Layland said the text has few changes from prior arrangements, that ordering supplies under $100 is easier under the new MOU, and that wages for the program are unchanged. She reported total reimbursement of $145,000 for the year and said the county would receive 10% of that amount for administrative fees. Commissioners voted unanimously to sign the MOU.
County staff will complete signature steps and set up the necessary invoicing and accounting to receive the reimbursement under the terms reported at the meeting.
