Franklin County approves $10,000 to Larsen‑Sant Library expansion

Commissioner Zan Bowles moved to donate $10,000 to the Larsen‑Sant Library; Commission Chair Robert Swainston seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. County staff noted appreciation for maintenance assistance from Randy Henrie and said the county gift is intended to help finalize construction funding.
The donation was approved in open session and the clerk and treasurer were directed to process the payment per normal accounting procedures.
