Franklin County commissioners approved two land‑use items at their April 13 meeting: the Bear Grove Subdivision and a minor land division for Dean and Jordan Loveland.
Bruce and Janene Lamont presented the Bear Grove Subdivision in Fairview (off 1600 South). Planning and Zoning and septic approvals were in place; a letter from Bear River Assets confirmed irrigation water will be available on all lots. Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the three‑lot subdivision.
A second item, a minor land division presented by surveyor Brian Allen and owner Jordan Loveland, would split property at East 2200 South and State Street. Troy Moser (director) had approved accesses and Planning and Zoning and septic approvals were in place. The minutes note a limitation in secondary water piping to the lots; if an additional water right becomes available, it will be added. Commissioners approved the minor land division unanimously.
Both approvals included no recorded conditions beyond the standard planning and septic clearances documented in the minutes.
