Chris (last name not stated) will handle paperwork for a culvert replacement grant.
The minutes record clean-up day finances: expenses of $6,293.63 and income of $7,333.00.
On personnel, Supervisors Mike Helman and Sandy Forsman will make an offer to an interviewed candidate for Clerk/Treasurer at $27 per hour with a six-month review and possible increase to $28 per hour. The board approved the hiring motion (moved by Supervisor Brandon Geyen; second by Supervisor Sandy Forsman; carried 4-0).
The board set a Road Tour for Aug. 20 at 8:00 a.m. and agreed to schedule a budget workshop toward the end of September to work on next year’s budget. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m. (motion by Supervisor Brandon Geyen; second by Supervisor Sandy Forsman; carried 4-0).
