BZA tables request for semi‑trailer parking lot near Veterans Parkway

Board members said the petitioner’s explanation left open whether the parcel met the ordinance’s ‘‘peculiar condition’’ test and whether additional operational variances would then be needed. The applicant requested tabling so the primary project manager could attend and the board accepted the request and tabled the item for a future meeting.
What happens next: The applicant should return with the project manager and fuller answers about intended use and operational limits before the board resumes consideration.
