Supervisors discuss zoning, credit-card policy and fire company audit; adjourn meeting

Bilek said the findings were not of great concern but wanted the board aware of them before an October vote on allocation of VFC funds; no action was taken at the Sept. 10 meeting.
Chairman Amigh requested the township adopt a written credit-card policy to clarify tracking and payment procedures and to provide a record if questions arise under the Freedom of Information Act. Engineer Banks noted the opening of Local Share Account (LSA) grant applications and suggested potential uses; the board discussed possible purchases without taking formal action. Secretary Bilek reported completion of municipal building sewer repairs and that the township garage HVAC replacement is working properly.
Supervisor Brad Germaux moved to adjourn; Supervisor Lou Lusk seconded, and the board adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
