Keller Engineers presented multiple Preliminary/Final Subdivision plans related to the Blair Township Sanitary Sewer Expansion Project on Reservoir Road; the board approved requested waivers and conditionally approved the subdivisions pending completion of engineer comments.
Engineer Eric Banks said the Robertson/Weber plan would set aside land for a pump station and a 20-foot access easement; waivers requested covered plan scale, road/street frontage, lot size, building setback lines and easements. Banks reported no exceptions to the waivers. Supervisor Brad Germaux moved and Supervisor Lou Lusk seconded approval of each waiver; the board approved them unanimously and conditionally approved the Robertson/Weber subdivision pending engineer comments.
An essentially identical set of waiver requests and a conditional approval were granted for the Kern subdivision, also part of the sanitary sewer expansion. Keller Engineers stated the small lot size and the proposed pump-station footprint justified the waivers; both waivers and conditional approvals passed unanimously.
Separately, the board approved a plan-scale waiver and conditional approval for Kandko, LLC’s lot line relocation and approved a waiver and conditional approval for the Paul H. Snowberger Non-Build Subdivision, with the Snowberger conditional approval contingent on DEP approving the Planning Waiver and Non-Build Declaration.
All conditional approvals require the developer or engineer to address outstanding comments before final recording. The municipal review periods for these matters run through November and December 2024 depending on the submission.
