Blair Township planning commission tables multiple site and subdivision plans, approves minutes

At the Aug. 5 meeting the Blair Township Planning Commission approved the July 1 minutes and unanimously tabled the Greendown Acres site expansion sketch plan and three preliminary/final subdivision/land-development plans tied to the township sanitary sewer expansion project pending additional information.
The Blair Township Planning Commission approved the minutes of its July 1, 2024 meeting by a 4–0 vote at the Aug. 5, 2024 session.
During the same meeting commissioners discussed several other land‑use items and voted unanimously to table them pending additional information. Clearwell Engineering’s Greendown Acres site expansion sketch plan was tabled after the planner reported no new information had been received. The commission also tabled the Robertson/Weber and Kern preliminary/final subdivision plans, both prepared by Keller Engineers and described in the minutes as part of the Blair Township Sanitary Sewer Expansion Project; a July 9, 2024 review letter had been issued on those plans and no new materials had been submitted.
Commissioners indicated that the plans would remain tabled until developers or their consultants provide the additional information and any required waiver submissions referenced in the review letters. No specific resubmission deadlines were recorded in the minutes. The commission adjourned at 6:45 p.m.; the next meeting was scheduled for Monday, Sept. 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
