Becker opened the meeting at 9:01 a.m. and Morgan County Building Maintenance Mike Cox presented Contract 2025 CNT 044, saying it is a standard Morgan County contract intended for the Department of Human Services. Commissioner Timothy A. Malone moved to accept the contract; Commissioner Kelvin S. Bernhardt seconded and the board voted 3-0 to approve it.
Cox then presented Contract 2025 CNT 045, stating the contract is for work for the Coroner’s Office. Commissioner Kelvin S. Bernhardt moved to accept the contract; Commissioner Timothy A. Malone seconded and the board again voted 3-0 to approve the contract.
