Developer says revised filing for 32 townhomes is imminent; peer review pending

George Bonn, representing the applicant for the 32‑townhome project at 250 Turnpike Road and adjacent Parkerville parcels, told the commission that the team expects to file a revised notice of intent in the coming days and that peer review has not yet begun.
"We expect to file a revised NOI filing in the next couple days," Bonn said, adding the revised materials would be renotified and could be incorporated into the current public hearing after a new legal ad and notice period.
Staff and commissioners noted that without peer review and the revised material there will likely be no substantive discussion at the next meeting; the commission moved to continue the hearing to allow the applicant time to submit and pay for peer review.
