"We have about 2,090 square feet of new impervious," Vito said, and explained that parts of the work will remain in existing lawn and that driveway adjustments reduced the total impervious area from earlier plans.
Staff noted historic yard debris near the wetland edge that should be removed and asked for clarification about a foundation drain and proposed landscaping alterations. The commission said it could not act without a DEP file number and continued the hearing to allow the applicant to submit the outstanding material and for staff to review the revised plans.
Commissioners indicated the mitigation approach — directing roof runoff to a dry well and limiting disturbance to lawn areas — was acceptable in principle but asked for clearer drawings and a complete set of revised documents before final action.
