Council adopts rezoning ordinance for two Russell Court parcels to DR-8 duplex residential

The parcels are identified as 241-0614-1132-115 (238 Russell Court) and 241-0614-1132-113 (226 Russell Court). Ald. Schroeder introduced the ordinance for its second reading and moved approval; Ald. Obernberger seconded. The motion carried unanimously on roll call.
According to the ordinance text in the minutes, the change will be incorporated into the city's zoning map and the ordinance will take effect after passage and publication in accordance with law.
