Commissioner (Speaker 2) moved to set the new surety at $52,694.01 — a figure that retains the previous drainage hold (roughly $7,700) while giving an overall reduction from the original amount — and Speaker 4 seconded. The motion carried on a voice vote. Staff recorded the new figure and will update the project file and the letter-of-credit handling.
The board did not take further action on the matter beyond approving the adjusted hold; the record shows the developer was expected on the agenda but absent at this meeting.
