Chair Hughes asked for a motion to approve the final draft after the subcommittee’s last review. Ranells moved to approve the plan and Compton seconded; the motion carried (vote tally not specified). Board members said the subcommittee’s edits reflected the original spirit of the plan. Staff will prepare a prefatory letter or cover memo that distills the APB’s recommendations for the BOCC as it considers the plan.
