Board member Buck asked whether new opportunities and funding could be considered at a later time. Bell replied, "We do 3 supplemental budgets, each year." A motion to adopt the resolution was moved and seconded and passed by roll call; the clerk announced the result as 7 yeses, 0 nos, and participants noted an attendance correction after the vote.
