The Village of Bonduel Redevelopment Authority convened June 10, approved the meeting agenda and May 13 minutes, tabled several unfinished-business items, and adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
After Chairman Russ Gehm called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m., the board (Russ Gehm, Brad Luepke, Lissy Kastning, Jesse Rankin and David Schultz) approved the agenda on a motion by David Schultz, seconded by Brad Luepke, and approved the minutes from the May 13 RDA meeting on a motion by Brad Luepke, seconded by David Schultz; both motions passed unanimously.
The RDA tabled consideration of landscaping work at the Cecil and Green Bay Streets intersection (Gretzinger Landscaping & Evergreens LLC was not present) and tabled further action on park greenspace funding and naming as well as next steps for downtown properties, moving all those items to the next meeting by consensus. Jesse Rankin said he and the Police Chief are continuing work to clean up residential properties and aim to address commercial properties by the end of the month.
Brad Luepke moved and David Schultz seconded to adjourn; the motion carried unanimously.
