Stephenson told the Commission he would "research the impact," that another entrance/exit could be provided, and that the total number of townhomes could be reduced.
Jamie Morris spoke against the zoning change, citing traffic concerns where the development is proposed. After hearing public testimony and asking for additional detail, the Commission voted to table the request pending revised site plans showing an additional entrance/exit and other adjustments.
The public hearing was closed before the regular meeting proceeded. The tabling means the developer must return with updated plans addressing the Commission's access and roadway-impact concerns before a final vote.
