Ward Galanis moved to approve the May 6, 2026 minutes; John Tirrell seconded. The minutes were recorded as approved with a vote noted in the minutes as “VOTE: 4-0-3 (MULLEN, POPE, GRIP).”
Mr. Galanis then moved to approve the June 3, 2026 minutes; Mr. Tirrell seconded. The minutes were recorded as approved with a vote noted in the minutes as “VOTE: 6-0-1 (LESSARD).”
On scheduling, Ryan Pope moved to cancel the August 19, 2026 Planning Board meeting; Keith Lessard seconded. The motion passed unanimously as recorded in the minutes: “VOTE: 7-0-0 — MOTION PASSED.”
