Valentine board approves façade grant, landscape payment and arts partnership

Holmes also moved to approve payment of a $1,000 invoice to Stoney Creek Landscapes and to award an additional $500 to the company as the People’s Choice award winner; that motion carried unanimously. The minutes do not record a second for this motion.
Board member Sean Markus moved to approve partnering with Ken Fisbeck on a mini grant application through the Nebraska Arts Council; Whitney Mayhew seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
