Green Township DPW reports heavy winter operations; committee backs pickleball grant application

Separately the Committee approved Resolution 2026-64 authorizing submission of a Local Recreation Improvement Grant application to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs to convert one basketball court at EverGreen Park into two pickleball courts while leaving one basketball court. The Recreation Advisory Committee recommended applying for up to $110,000; the Clerk noted up to $75,000 in grant funds is available from DCA. The Committee approved the grant application submission.
