Ralph Choinsky and Alison Link presented a lot-line alteration March 2 proposing to transfer about 13.1 acres between parcels on Budds Corners Road in the RD3 zoning district to create two roughly equal parcels.
The applicants said an existing right of way provides access to parcel 105035 and that the proposed lot line was designed to preserve that access while allowing an additional right of way to be created. Board members asked the applicants to provide copies of both deeds so staff can verify the existing rights of way. The board suggested the applicants revise the plan to leave the existing right of way intact and create a new right of way over parcel 105035 for parcel 044064.
No vote was taken March 2; the board requested deed documentation and plan revisions before further action.
