Later in the meeting, Clerk O’Brien moved to continue the public hearing for the Notice of Intent at 0 Nelson Street to April 8, 2026 and Commissioner Zampiceni seconded; that motion also carried 5-0. Commissioner Anthony Zampiceni then moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 PM; Clerk O’Brien seconded and the motion to adjourn carried 5-0.
