Committee members discussed options including full loan forgiveness, a payment plan, or formalizing a community partner relationship between NWCEP and the county. A motion by Supervisor Jeff Hallstrand, seconded by Supervisor Alan Barkstrom, directed staff to set up a small and manageable payment plan for NWCEP and to amend Resolution 18‑24 (Provision of Short‑term Financial Assistance to NWCEP). The motion carried.
