Council president Gilligan moved to approve the consent agenda (resolutions 2026-125 through 2026-136); the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Gilligan then moved to approve resolution 2026-137 authorizing payment of the bill list in the amount of $1,277,780.61; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting the council also approved the borough meeting minutes from March 9, heard multiple committee and community reports — including announcements about a CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) public meeting scheduled for the next day at 11 a.m., Arbor Day tree planting on April 24, and local library and recreation events — and received an update on a 32-acre Peter J. Barnes III wildlife preserve project with county partners.
The council adjourned after completing scheduled business. No roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript for the motions reported by voice vote.
