The audit committee (Lauren, Chris and Jen), the policy committee (Lauren, the chair and Jesse), the facilities committee (Megan and Doug) and three board members to serve on the district safety team (Jesse, Jen and Megan) were each nominated, seconded and approved by voice vote. Board members described the committee appointments as a way to organize oversight and distribute workload across the new term.
