Councilor Brian Pickhinke moved to approve the consent agenda; Councilor Summer Schmitt seconded. On a show of hands the ayes listed were Pickhinke, Schmitt, Blackman and Cougill, and the motion passed. The consent agenda also included approval of routine bills and payroll items read into the record by the city clerk.
The clerk read a long list of invoices and receipts that the council approved as part of the consent agenda, including multiple vendor payments and larger invoices related to water infrastructure. The council did not hold separate votes on those line items because they were included in the bundled consent agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 PM following a motion by Pickhinke and a second from Schmitt.
