Mayor Sharon Ann Irwin called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and the council recorded a unanimous vote to approve the consent agenda, which included the agenda, minutes, bills for payment and approval of Casey's Liquor License. Councilor Brian Pickhinke moved and Councilor Tim Langner seconded the motion; all five councilors voted aye.
In separate formal votes, the council: - Approved building permit #801 (moved by Councilor Pickhinke, seconded by Councilor Becky Blackman); vote: unanimous. - Approved Change Order #2 for Schmitt Construction to move the project completion date to Aug. 29, 2022 (moved by Councilor Pickhinke); vote: Ayes — Pickhinke, Blackman, Langner, Cougill; abstain — Councilor Summer Schmitt; motion passed. - Approved a motion to close the meeting at 9:00 p.m. (moved by Councilor Pickhinke, seconded by Councilor Langner).
