Cameron Delatory told the zoning board she wants a special permit to keep five dogs at her home on 70 Prospect Street and said she did not intend to operate a commercial kennel. The board noted the Board of Health/Animal Control had requested an opportunity to comment and that at least one neighbor had raised noise concerns.
Delatory said the dogs bark when people walk by but otherwise are quiet, and asked simply for permission to retain five pets. Animal Control asked for the hearing to be continued so the officer could attend and provide any necessary public-health or licensing guidance. The board agreed and continued the hearing to Aug. 3, 2026 at 7 p.m.
