City Clerk Victor Aguilar reported at the City of Morrow work session on Oct. 14, 2025, that the first day of early voting produced 32 in-person advanced voters and three approved absentee applications.
Aguilar reminded the council that City Council Posts 1 and 3 are up for re-election and that early voting continues through Oct. 31. He said regular polling hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday voting on Oct. 18 and Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. He also noted Oct. 24 is the last day to request an absentee ballot and cautioned that absentee ballots should not be placed in the dropbox outside City Hall; they must be delivered to the polling location during voting hours.
The remarks were delivered as a work-session informational update; the minutes record the report but no formal council action tied to the update. Voters seeking absentee ballots or schedule details were directed to the office administering elections.
