Emerson adopts ordinance amending Recreation Commission secretary rule (Ordinance 1696-24)

The council opened the floor for public comment on that ordinance only; seeing no hands, the council closed public comment and moved to adopt the ordinance on second reading.
The motion to adopt carried on a roll-call vote with all voting members recorded as "Yes." The clerk announced the ordinance was adopted.
