Alexia Lopez of the Department of Community Services confirmed the petitioner will provide five bike racks (10 bike spaces) near guest automobile parking and two additional U‑shaped racks (four spaces) at the Illinois Street bulb; staff recommended approval conditioned on finalizing comments in Project Docs.
Commissioners asked about the sign orientation (now angled northwest toward Illinois Street for northbound readability), whether mid‑block crossing pavement striping was added (staff said it was), and other minor details. Commissioner motion and a second carried; the committee approved both dockets (PZ202600066 and PZ201600067) 6 to 0 and instructed the petitioner to complete final submittals in Project Docs.
