The Michigan City Human Rights Commission handled routine administrative items at its July 7 meeting.
Commissioner Bonnie Demke moved to approve the prior meeting minutes; Marty Corley seconded and the commission approved the minutes. Bonnie Demke reported the commission’s account had no activity in the past month and a balance of $1,264.78; the commission moved to accept the finance report and approved it. The commission scheduled its next meeting for Aug. 4 at the police department.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the chair called the meeting adjourned at about 12:35 p.m.
