On business licensing, the board approved a change in LLC director/manager for KJ Key LLC doing business as Jacqueline’s on Route 28 (managerial change to Jeffrey Engel; assistant manager Nathan Watson attended). The board took the vote after the required legal notice and confirmation of TIP certification for the new on-site manager.
Appointments included Tom Pendleton to the library board for a three‑year unexpired term through February 2029 and the reappointment of Christine Greeley (speaker 8) to the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School committee for a one‑year term through June 2027.
