At the July 8 meeting the Capital Outlay Committee approved minutes for June 10 and June 18 and completed its annual reorganization required by the charter.
A committee member moved to retain the current chair and the motion passed by voice vote. The committee then nominated and re‑elected Anne to continue as vice chair and voted to keep Scott as clerk. Members reported the votes were unanimous.
The group also confirmed plans for two site visits — the middle school and the wastewater treatment plant — with a van departure and a short debrief after the tours. The committee agreed to meet again in September for a financial overview and to track outstanding capital projects.
The meeting ended after a motion to adjourn passed by voice vote.
