Colmar Manor council hears public-works shortfalls, police urge residents to lock cars

The officer recommended simple prevention steps: “Don’t store valuables in your car... and lock your car,” the officer said, noting that many thefts occur when vehicles are left unlocked. The police office said it has steering-wheel locks available to distribute for certain vehicle models.
