Final easement signatures in hand for 76 project; final design, city review and financing remain

Mike (Michael) told the 76 Entertainment Community Improvement District board Aug. 27 that the final property signatures for easements were received and that the team has delivered on commitments to coordinate agreements and utilities.
"The last of the ... signatures for the properties on there was received yesterday," Mike said, reporting that the remaining items are largely administrative and that most utility companies are fully engaged.
He said landscape architects are completing finishing touches and that one bond from an individual remained outstanding. Mike added that final plans from Darren Jackson will go through a final review with the city of Branson before the project can be green-lighted and financing secured. He indicated a rough timeline targeting December–January to begin more visible construction work.
Board members responded with optimism. "We're actually gonna see some movement and some real life happenings at 76 next year," Kathy said, thanking previous boards and city administrations for work that led to the current stage.
Chuck briefed members on a related cooperative-agreement process, saying he and Paul planned a meeting with city officials to refine and streamline terms so the agreement could be memorialized for future boards. No formal changes to design or budget were made at the meeting; the update was informational.
