Branson CID board readopts personal financial disclosure resolution, plans filings with Missouri Ethics Commission

The 76 Entertainment Community Improvement District board voted Aug. 27 to readopt provisions related to personal financial-disclosure reports required every two years.
"This is the every 2 year requirement where you have to basically readopt the same policy," Paul said as he explained the administrative need to reauthorize the filing and to submit signed documents to the state ethics agency.
Board members moved and seconded the resolution and approved it by voice vote. Paul asked that Cheryl or another staff member scan and email a signed copy so he could upload it to the Missouri Ethics Commission before the Sept. 10 deadline. Chuck and Mike (Patrick) were noted as signatories to the document during the discussion.
The board did not discuss changes to the policy language during the meeting; Paul said he would double-check the signature requirements and follow up with staff to ensure the filing is completed.
