Notable current-fund line items included local school taxes of $407,561.00 and payroll and utility charges recorded by the Clerk.
The Committee also adopted Resolution 2026-39 to authorize redemption of Tax Sale Certificate #24-00006 for Block 3, Lot 22 (67 Academy Street). The resolution directs the CFO to issue a check to Changsheng Lu for $13,121.03, comprised of a certificate redemption amount of $10,721.03 plus a $2,400.00 premium, and authorizes the Tax Collector to cancel the lien. Georgette Miller moved to approve the resolution; Linda Koufodontes seconded; vote was unanimous (Ayes: 3).
Clerk Lee Geller certified the resolution and the bills list. The payment and lien cancellation are administrative actions that will be completed by the CFO and Tax Collector following certification.
