Chair Lisa Hewitt called the Dresden Selectboard to order at 5:40 p.m. on June 16 at Pownalborough Hall and led the board through a brief session of routine business.
The board voted unanimously to approve the payroll, accounts payable and water warrants after Lisa Hewitt moved the approval and Keith Allen seconded. The minutes record a unanimous vote on the motion to approve the warrants.
Selectboard member Nicole Rogers requested that the board sign off on the previously approved Lincoln County Hazard Mitigation Plan and on two quitclaim deeds that the tax collector had brought to the meeting; the minutes state that all items were completed during the session. The record does not show a separate recorded motion or roll-call vote for the sign-offs beyond the clerk’s notation that the items were completed.
Lisa Hewitt moved to adjourn shortly before 6:00 p.m.; Keith Allen seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes were approved on June 30, 2026, and are signed by Lisa Hewitt as chair in the meeting record.
