The board approved an Interlocal Services Agreement with the Cinnaminson Township Board of Education for 2025–2026 and accepted a tuition contract with Burlington County Institute of Technology (BCIT). Two students were approved for daily transportation by the Camden County Educational Commission at a per-diem rate of $180 for approximately 180 days (route #2265), and multiple out-of-district placements were approved with tuition figures recorded in the minutes (for example, several placements at Burlington County Special Services School District at $61,959.00 each and one placement listed at Marie H. Katzenbach for ESY tuition and aide costs).
The board awarded one professional-service contract (Inspired Instruction, instructional coaching) described as not-to-exceed a per-diem rate of $2,800 for the contract period beginning Sept. 11, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. The minutes also show approval to allow Equitable Advisors to offer ROTH for the district 403(b) plan to eligible staff members.
Donations accepted included $1,997.15 from the Palmyra Wrestling Booster Club for team warm-ups and T-shirts and donated Chromebooks, backpacks and school-supply kits from private donors, Cinnaminson Diner, Palmyra Police Department and Assemblywoman Carol Murphy. The board recorded these items as accepted and placed on file in the Business Office.
What happens next: grant applications will proceed to the appropriate state and federal grant portals; contract documents will be placed on file with the Board Secretary and published where required by public-school contracts law.
