Indian Springs Village council approves Sept. 16 minutes, accepts August financial report

The Indian Springs Village Town Council approved the minutes of its Sept. 16, 2025 meeting and accepted the August 2025 financial report during a brief meeting Oct. 7 at Town Hall, Mayor Brenda Bell-Guercio presiding.
Councilmember Herb Robins moved to approve the Sept. 16, 2025 minutes and to dispense with their reading; Councilmember Dale Elliott seconded the motion and, with all in favor, the motion carried. Councilmember Richard Harley then presented the August 2025 financial report and moved to accept it as presented; Councilmember Elliott seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Mayor Brenda Bell-Guercio called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The clerk recorded attendance as Mayor Brenda Bell-Guercio, Councilmembers Richard Harley, Herb Robins, Dale Elliott and Ed Whatley present; Councilmember Van McClurkin was absent. The minutes were signed and submitted by Town Clerk Vickie Lewis.
The agenda listed PAZ/ZBA reports and sheriff/fire reports; both items were listed as 'None.' The meeting recorded no new business and noted no guests. Residents who wish to comment are asked to notify the town clerk before meetings, according to the minutes.
