At its Oct. 6 meeting the Tecumseh City Council approved a package of contracts, payments and event logistics.
The council approved an agreement to transfer an economic development lot and authorized the mayor to execute the deed (motion by Tyler Speckmann; second by Lance Beethe; vote 5–0, one absent). The council approved a Siren Memorandum of Understanding with Johnson County (motion by Lorie Topp; seconded by Alicia Brommer; vote 5–0).
Council approved Pay Application #6 from Farabee Mechanical in the amount of $460,570.14 (motion by Tyler Speckmann, seconded by Lance Beethe; recorded vote 5–0, Goracke absent). The minutes note the amount and contractor but do not record additional contract details in the text.
