Tecumseh council approves lot transfer, siren MOU, pay application and street closure

Council approved Pay Application #6 from Farabee Mechanical in the amount of $460,570.14 (motion by Tyler Speckmann, seconded by Lance Beethe; recorded vote 5–0, Goracke absent). The minutes note the amount and contractor but do not record additional contract details in the text.
