Separately, Mr. Licata presented College Board National Recognition Program certificates to Palmyra High School students Ueder Alves DeSousa, Sawyer McNab, Joshua Carter, Michael Monroe, Talan Christopher, Brock Weaver, Grace Gallagher, Elliot Wence and Elsie Kenson.
