Reviewer Andrea Shri Verrill presented findings of fact, including deed references at the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds (Book 6032, Page 28). Verrill moved multiple findings across zoning sections relevant to the Boothbay Village Center District and Watershed Protection Overlay Zone; the motions were seconded and approved unanimously. The minutes record that no conditions were imposed on the approval.
The board cited Sections 4.1–4.3.4, Sections 1.8–1.8.14, and other relevant sections of the Town of Boothbay Zoning Ordinance in its findings. Applicant representatives did not request special waivers, and the board’s approval clears the path for the property owners to pursue permit issuance through the Code Enforcement Office as needed.
