Selectmen adopt tax-map correction policy; local planner submits Planning Board resignation

Corliss also delivered his resignation from the Planning Board effective midnight March 16, 2026. The transcript records the resignation during discussion of the policy; the board moved and approved the policy in the same session. The motion to adopt the policy was made by Gary Winn, seconded by Fran Shippee, and passed unanimously.
The board asked Thompson to contact CAI (the town’s mapping/vendor contact) to coordinate responses to Corliss’s concerns. No amendments to the adopted policy were recorded in the transcript.
