Don Milbrand moved to continue the case to April 8 so the applicant could seek the ZBA Special Exception; Scott Severn seconded and the motion carried 5–0–0.
The continuance preserves the applicant’s ability to resolve the zoning height issue with the ZBA before returning to the Planning Board for consideration of the Special Use Permit. No substantive project details or public comments were discussed at the March 11 session.
