The Consent Agenda appendix lists a distribution of $83,300 from the Reassessment Capital Reserve Fund, $60,386.83 from the Fire Equipment Capital Reserve Fund, and $51,539.10 from the Police Vehicle Capital Reserve Fund, as well as an administrative abatement for Map/Lot #220-015-117 in the amount of $454.17. The Board voted 5-0-0 to accept the Consent Agenda.
Mr. Sanschagrin moved and Mr. Miller seconded a motion to indefinitely seal the Board’s first nonpublic session minutes from March 5, 2026; the motion passed 5-0-0.
On a separate motion, the Board ratified Town road postings, making the Town posting effective March 2, 2026; the State posting becomes effective March 6, 2026. That motion (Mr. Lagueux; second Mr. Miller) passed 5-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
No formal votes were recorded changing tax policy or altering warrant article language at this meeting; the Board discussed potential amendments in the event of failed warrant articles and instructed staff to prepare materials for Town Meeting.
