The Committee approved a special use permit for Ink & Ivy Tattoo’s grand re‑opening event scheduled for June 28, 2026 (mobile food vendor included), and granted an extension to keep a storage pod at 411 Brentwood Place through August 1, 2026 to accommodate a property closing.
