Council fails to advance motion to lift trespass, debates EACC deposit and committee access

EACC Manager Heather Kite said she had personally inspected the rooms and had photographs documenting her findings; Council member Rachel Michael said she trusted staff to handle such matters but supported staff previewing the file and returning to council only if additional action were needed. Council member Virginia Fulginiti cautioned that if more than three council members meet, FOIA rules apply.
