• Nominating committee appointments: Adopted. The board approved a slate of appointments to the ABC board, Historic Preservation Commission, Mooresville Housing Authority, Planning Board, and Tourism/Convention bodies. The motion was moved by Commissioner Dingler and seconded by Commissioner West.
